Born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama, Robert attended Rhodes College earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.  He returned home to Alabama where he continued his education at the University of Mobile, receiving a Master of Science in Physical Therapy.  In addition, his love of athletics and sports medicine served as inspiration in seeking his licensure and certification in Athletic Training.

Robert joined the PHOENIX Rehabilitation and Health Services team in 2016 as Director of Clinic Operations, and more recently, promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations.  Leading with hands-on operations and a focus to drive new development in Alabama and the southeastern U.S., Robert has successfully opened multiple outpatient facilities, secured several physical therapy service contracts and developed a specialized industrial rehabilitation program in the Montgomery location.

Prior to joining PHOENIX, Robert held the position of Area Vice President and managed over 30 physical therapy facilities in the southeastern U.S. for Rehab Associates/Physiotherapy Associates.
