KIMBERLY D. WATSON Co-Founder, Chief Administrative Officer
Kimberly Watson (Anderson) is a co-founder of PHOENIX and employed full-time as the Chief Administrative Officer. She holds a BS in Physical Therapy and is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. Kim is a licensed physical therapist in Pennsylvania with over 35 years of experience in the physical therapy industry and a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association.
As a clinician, she specialized in outpatient rehabilitation including orthopedics, and as a Facility Director for Keystone Rehabilitation Systems, she opened a clinic in Natrona Heights, building it to become one of their most successful outpatient satellites.
In 1997 she joined PHOENIX as a co-founder and Facility Director of the Company’s first standalone clinic during the startup phase in 1997-98. In that position, she also gained experience in opening and expanding multiple centers as well as organizing contractual relationships during the Company’s rapid expansion phase. In 2003 the Board of Directors appointed Kim to the position of Vice President of Finance.
Advancing her career, she was later named Chief Administrative Officer and continues to be responsible for the Company’s billing, collections and reimbursement, and corporate-wide administrative services, including benefits management and Human Resources. She also serves as a member of the company’s Board of Directors and the BOD compensation and audit committees.
