Anthony L. Giannetta currently serves as the Company’s Chief Compliance Officer. As a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, BS 1987, University of Pittsburgh, MS 1992, and Temple University, DPT 2006, Tony works full-time for the Company. In 2017, he obtained a Graduate Certificate in Health Care Compliance from the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Law preparing him with a deeper understanding of the laws that shape the health care industry; thus, fortifying better navigation of the complexity while supporting an ethical and compliant culture. Additionally, in 2003, Tony became a Diplomate of the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians which is administered by the National Board of Medical Examiners distinguishing skill in quality improvement, utilization management, managed care, risk management, case management, and workers’ compensation. In conjunction with the Diplomate status, he holds a Certification in Health Care Quality and Management (HCQM).

Outside of the health care industry, Tony achieved Six Sigma Green Belt certification through Villanova University in which he received training in the basic Six Sigma concepts, including project management, team building, general problem solving and statistical analysis using data to measure and improve operational performance by eliminating or preventing defects in processes.

He is a licensed physical therapist in Pennsylvania as well as a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association.
